UAS Regulations
Regulations for operating Remotely Piloted Aircraft Systems (RPAS) were published in 2016 as a circular, however the version on the CAAB website states: CAC-5 Civil Aviation Authority of Bangladesh CIVIL AVIATION CIRCULAR ON OPERATING REMOTELY PILOTED AIRCRAFT SYSTEMS (RPAS) and is found here: http://www.caab.gov.bd/corporate/rpas.pdf .
Draft UAS regulations are available on the CAAB website. These replicate the European Union UAS regulatory framework [(EU) 2019/945 - Commission Delegated Regulation and (EU) 2019/947 - Commission Implementing Regulation] and are exceptional: AIR NAVIGATION ORDER (ANO) ON CAAB PART 947 and PART 945 (Drone/Unmanned Aerial System) - Issue 1.0 15th of November 2021 DRAFT: http://caab.gov.bd/corporate/drone.pdf
