UAS Regulations
Changes to Gibraltar Civil Aviation Regulations relating to Drones came into force on 1 April 2020.
“As of that date drone operators need to be registered and drones will be issued with a registration mark. In addition, it has been decided that the services offered to check the information provided by those wishing to register their drone should no longer be free of charge. The following documents detail the processes to be followed to register as a drone operator and the charges this will incur:
