The Civil Aviation Sector In Libya State of Libya Government of National Accord Ministry of Transport Civil Aviation Authority It is Prohibited to operate Unmanned Aircraft in the Libyan territorial air space without prior Permission/Licence issued by Libya Civil Aviation Authority. As this act poses a serious threat to the safety and air navigation in the State.

LYCAR 47 Aircraft registration and marking makes references:

47.010 - Classification of aircraft
….
(b) An aircraft which is intended to be operated with no pilot on board shall be further
classified as unmanned aircraft,
(c) Unmanned aircraft shall include unmanned free balloons and remotely piloted aircraft.


47.070 - Identification Plate
…..
(3) In the case of remotely piloted aircraft, secured in a prominent position near
the main entrance or compartment or affixed clearly to the exterior of the aircraft
if there is no main entrance or compartment

Appendix 1 Airborne collision avoidance systems (ACAS) II
Section I — ACAS II equipment  AUR.ACAS.1005 Performance requirement
(1) The following turbine-powered aeroplanes shall be equipped with collision avoidance logic
version 7.1 of ACAS II:

(3) Point (1) shall not apply to unmanned aircraft systems.
