UAS Regulations

The DINAC (CAA) has published UAS Regulations: Resolución N° 2170/2017 "Por la que se aprueba el Reglamento DINAC R 1103 - Reglamento de Aeronaves Piloteadas a Distancia (RPA) y Sistema de Aeronaves Piloteadas a Distancia (RPAS)" [Resolution No. 2170/2017 "By which the DINAC R 1103 Regulation - Remote Piloted Aircraft Regulation (RPA) and Remote Piloted Aircraft System (RPAS) is approved"]

Elevated Operations only with DINAC Authorization

DO NOT fly over security areas such as barracks, penitentiary police stations or over infrastructures such as plants or power distribution stations

The use for recreation must be carried out in places destined for model aircraft
