Congo’s civil aviation regulations (RAC) appeared previously to have been amended to include the operation of remotely piloted aircrafts. It is not known if this amendment is legally effective and/or binding, and could not be found again.
The website of the Agence Nationale de l’Aviation Civil (ANAC) was last checked in May 2020. An email requesting information was sent to aviacongo@hotmail.com and sergedzota@yahoo.fr .
