The use of unmanned aerial vehicles in the airspace of the Republic of Uzbekistan and their importation into the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan is subject only to the decision of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated 26.11.2014. Pursuant to Resolution No. 322, a separate resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan allows.

Such permission may be obtained only by a legal entity for the performance of administrative duties. Reimbursement or non-payment for the services provided is prohibited by organizations, including individuals.

An organization wishing to obtain such permission from the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan must obtain permission from the body authorized to use the electronic device in the prescribed manner.

After obtaining the above permission, the customerOn August 31, 2016, the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan submitted an application to the Davaioanazorat for the use and registration in accordance with the "Regulations on the use of unmanned aerial vehicles in state and civil aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan ."

Upon receipt of a permit for the use and registration of unmanned aerial vehicles, the customer shall start using the unmanned aerial vehicles only when the airspace use control system of the Republic of Uzbekistan is authorized. Procedure for obtaining a permit for the use of the airspace of the
Republic of Uzbekistan : Annex 7 to the "Regulations on the use of unmanned aerial vehicles in state and civil aviation of the Republic of Uzbekistan"mainly implemented.
These requirements do not apply to aircraft models and toy models.

The use of toy aircraft models in the airspace is permitted even without the above conditions. Toy models must have a flight altitude of no more than 50 meters, the aerodrome must be at a distance of 150 meters from the airfield, a safe distance from people, and must maintain constant visual contact with the aircraft.

The flight of aircraft models is aimed at training, sports, cultural and educational activities, the development of technical creativity, and is carried out only in the special flight zone of the aircraft in accordance with the regulations on the use of the territory of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
